Kokoro Company goes to 25th anniversary

The change to the evolution, the advance to the progress, the concentration to the fruition.

Kokoro company welcomes 25th anniversary this year, and a quarter century passes from the foundation.  It is become a 25 years old if it says with a human being.  To become a independent magnificently company, one step further progress from the last year’s slogan, and accomplish the new slogan by the power of all the members during 5 years before inviting 30th anniversary.

Do not think things complicatedly, first to think, “What is the essence?” seriously and thoroughly.  Ascertain the essence what a customer expect, or what an audience expect, then think about consistent of “What” and “How to” to make it achieve.  The logic changes contents of work in various ways.

Kokoro Company was the pioneer of the entertainment robot industry with a development idea called “Animatronics”.  Now we turned it back to our spirit.  To think about the future entertainment robot industry, struggling and developing robot with our pioneer spirit, based on technology and skills which we cultivated and new technologies.

Whenever developing any kind of product and service, we take in “New Concept” only by the Kokoro Company positively.  The thing in there is "only the past with the dirt from the hand" even if we turn around in the back.  We challenge a new thing by all means in all processes of the development of products and do a device to improve.  Also for a daily business activity, we do not forget a new device either.

What is the most important thing is to give an impression or surprising to the audience, especially in the entertainment industry, and nobody pays attention to us if we couldn’t do that.  It is impossible to make audience a surprised if a developer does not enjoy and impressed to create the thing.  Always think about how we make audiences surprised or delighted, and what things we include for the new development.

The above four key words should come back in the original intention and reaffirm it in particular.  All employee must become one so that Kokoro Company achieves an aim.  Everyday on work, use those four keywords as a filter what we are doing, and look it over again.  Without being spread in the daily duties, “get back to the basic”, or the idea “could be a pioneer?”, “is it new?”, or “is it impressed?” would be a passwords.  Not only a person in charge, it is important to plan close communicate with customers and audiences to share the delight without being afraid of failure, keep challenge it.  Certainly find the solution if you ask and confirm your partner about a problem that I believe.
